Tony Bargwanna founded TBRE in 2023 after more than 30 years selling hotels for some of the industry's best-known firms. He started the agency to give pub owners something simpler: one experienced agent, personally handling their sale.
Tony's daughter, Molly, works alongside him. Together they have sold numerous venues Australia-wide, from regional taverns and motels to freehold city pubs.
The approach has not changed. Quiet, direct conversations with qualified buyers, and a clear view of the market, so that owners can sell on their own terms.
Tony Bargwanna
DirectorTony Bargwanna has spent more than 30 years in the hotel industry, selling pubs, taverns and motels across Queensland and around Australia.
He began his career at JLL Hotels, where he spent almost a decade as senior vice president and set up the firm's pubs division. In 2010 he became managing director of Ray White Hotels. He later joined Savills Australia, where he led its Brisbane pubs division and was promoted in 2020 to National Director, Hotels.
In 2023 Tony founded TBRE with his daughter, Molly. The firm has since sold numerous venues Australia-wide. Clients deal with Tony and Molly personally, from the first conversation through to settlement.
Molly Bargwanna
AgentMolly Bargwanna is an agent at TBRE, working alongside her father, Tony. She is involved in every stage of a hotel transaction, from marketing and buyer enquiries through to due diligence and settlement.
Molly also works with investors and operators on acquisitions and leasing, and is often the first person clients speak to. She is known for keeping every party informed and every matter moving.
